Inside QWD
Why we built QWD
We started QWD because we kept seeing the same quiet failure. A solid company, a real product, happy customers, and an AI assistant that either skipped them entirely or described them as something they stopped being two years ago. The buyers were asking the machines. The machines were answering with the wrong brand, or the wrong version of the right one.
Classic search agencies were not set up for this. Their instincts were built around rankings and clicks, and those instincts only partly transfer. The new work is about entities, citations, and whether a model trusts you enough to say your name. It needed people who would obsess over that specific question rather than bolt it onto an old playbook.
So we kept the scope narrow on purpose. We are not a full-service marketing shop. We get brands cited and described correctly inside AI answers, and we measure the work by whether that actually happens. A tight focus means we can be honest about what moves the number and what does not, which matters in a field this young and this noisy.
We are early, and we like it that way. The engines are still forming their habits. The brands that show up now, clearly and consistently, are teaching the models who to trust. We would rather help you be one of them than explain, a year from now, why a competitor got there first.
