This explains what QWD does with the details you give us through the report form. It is short because we keep the data minimal.
What we collect
- Your website, so we know which brand to analyze.
- Your email, so we can send the report.
- A timestamp and a one-way hashed form of your IP, used only to stop spam. We do not store your raw IP.
We use privacy-first analytics (self-hosted GoatCounter) to see which pages get read. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and stores no personal data: it records the page visited, the referrer, and coarse browser and country information derived on the fly from your IP, which is not stored. No advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own servers, not a third party.
How we use it
To prepare and send your report, and to follow up about it and how we could help your brand. We do not sell your details or add you to a bulk marketing list without your consent.
Who sees it
Requests are stored on infrastructure we control and are visible only to the QWD team.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request. With no engagement we delete it within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
